About the Mid-South
Division
The Mid-South Division is part of the Southeastern Region of the National Model Railroad Association. The following counties in Alabama lie within the Division: Cherokee, DeKalb, Etowah, Franklin, Jackson, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marshall, and Morgan. The Division also includes Lincoln County, Tennessee. There are over 40 NMRA members spread throughout the Division with most members living in the Huntsville area.

The Mid-South Division is organized to promote educational, charitable, historical, and fellowship activities related to model railroading and rail transportation. Meetings are held monthly and activities include layout tours, how-to and informational clinics, and access to the NMRA Achievement Program.

To become a Mid-South Division member join the NMRA and with it the Southeastern Region.
